You have a virtual joystick that can be found at the bottom-left corner of the screen. It can be used for moving your survivor in the direction of your choice. After all the generators have been repaired, the power will be restored and you can easily escape through the doors. You can help team members who have been captured by breaking them out and healing them.

This horror game allows you to play both as a survivor and also as the psycho. There are multiple survivors with unique skill sets available. Similarly, you can play as three different psychos. At the start of the game, you can only play as one of the survivors. You can unlock the other survivors and psychos after completing the required quests. Aside from unlocking characters to play with, you will also unlock new maps as well. Each survivor and psycho can learn new skills and craft some special items that can help them during the game. You can learn new skills by leveling up your survivors and psychos. After learning a particular skill, your survivor or psycho will unlock the ability to craft their special item.

You will be offered a variety of daily challenges in this game as well. These challenges range from crafting specific items or leveling up certain characters. Also, you can be asked to escape the psycho's lair a set number of times. Sometimes the challenges need you to murder all the survivors while playing as the psycho. You can earn the silver and gold you need for leveling up your characters by winning games.
